“Fantastic school! We transferred our son there mid-year due to problems at his previous school. He had a great time, was welcomed into the class easily and was ready for kindergarten this year. The staff was great at responding to questions via email or in person, if the answer needed some research, they did that too.”
“The graduation was fantastic! Well done! I’m a puddle right now! Both of my kids attended CWG and I’m so sad that I have no more excuses to see all of you wonderful people Monday through Friday mornings!!!! My children have definitely benefited from all of your love, nurturing and guidance in their years at The Children’s Winter Garden. I cannot imagine a better place for my children to have had their preschool experience than The Children’s Winter Garden. It is hard to put into words how much the years they spent there have meant to our family. When I was looking at preschools for my oldest daughter, I had very high standards. I wanted to be sure that my daughter was with someone who would not only teach her colors and ABCs, but care about her, keep her safe, empower her, and make her feel loved in the time she was away from me. The teachers and staff at The Children’s Winter Garden do all of that, and it comes straight from the heart. I was impressed every day with the creativity of my daughters’ teachers, the thought put into classroom layout, the care with which every detail was considered. My expectations were exceeded at every turn. Most satisfying of all was how happy my children seemed on the way home from school, and how much they looked forward to going back. The Children’s Winter Garden helped my girls grow socially and academically in a warm and nurturing environment, surrounded by caring and passionate teachers who instilled in them a love of learning and exploration. I feel lucky to have had two children pass through their program, and it is my hope that my third will have the opportunity to follow in her sisters’ footsteps.
It was a beautiful graduation! I can’t even express how much it means to me and all of the other “Class of 2014 families” that you put all of that time and effort into making it such a special day. Thank you for all that you have done for both Maddie and Nathan!!

I cannot say enough about White Wing School! Our 4 year old started attended this past fall, and both her and we as parents love the school, teachers, and director. This was a new experience for us as I am a stay at home mom, but the teachers worked so hard to help ease the transition for us and to help my daughter fit into an already very established classroom. I am so happy we chose White Wing and look forward to many more years as part of the community within the school.
White Wing is a wonderful preschool. Both our children, and we as parents, have felt so welcome there. The teachers are incredibly loving, dedicated, well-experienced, creative. They all work as a great team, and the school feels like an extended family. I highly recommend this preschool. Our son attended at age 3 and 4 and our daughter started at 2.5 in their youngest class. The effort they make to get extra accreditation really shows.
My family is very happy with our experience at White Wing. I enrolled both of my children for two years each. The children were excited to attend school each day and missed school and the days they did not attend. As a parent, I found the teachers were accommodating, not only to the children’s needs but also the parents dealing with their own separation anxiety. It is more than a childcare center. The children learned how to write their names, recite their phone numbers, and home addresses. They have made lifelong friends and were more than ready for Kindergarten.
White Wing is an excellent preschool. My son had never been to daycare so it was a big transition for him. The staff was amazing and great with my son. My son thrived at White Wing and was more than prepared for Kindergarten.
White Wing School has a warm, nurturing environment. It is small so the teachers know all the students in all the classes. The curriculum is both teacher-directed and self-directed by the student. They offer a two-year-old program which is unusual for most preschools (two mornings per week). I didn’t just send my children there I went there, too!
My son has gone to preschool at White Wing for the past 2 years and we have been so pleased with their program. Both years, he has been in a class of about 15 students, taught by a Lead Teacher and an Assistant Teacher. He has shown great improvement in writing and recognition of letters/numbers, fine motor skills, functioning in a structured setting and being away from home. The teachers have parent conferences twice a year and as a teacher myself, I have been impressed with how well-versed they are in child development and creative curriculum instruction. Deb, the Program Director, knows all of the children by name and provides parents with great communication. My son has made wonderful friends here, and we have met some terrific families. I highly recommend White Wing to parents that are looking for a safe, fun and educational preschool for their children.

3 of my 4 children have attended White Wing and we absolutely love it. They are so hands-on, caring, interactive, well-educated, helpful and just amazing with the kids! Wish they offered all the way up through middle school…!!!
Both of our daughters have attended White Wing for pre-k and kindergarten and my youngest is now in her last year :(. We have had nothing but the very BEST experiences with the entire staff and curriculum. The school is simply amazing and I would recommend it to anyone who wants their child/children to have an attentive, caring, nurturing environment in which to learn. The teachers are warm and so obviously love what they do and at the same time are much more than adequately qualified. I feel my girls have a definite advantage having started their educations there. I honestly can’t say enough praise for White Wing!
My son went to White Wing for pre-k, and as a family, we feel this was the best place for him to have gone. He is now in public kindergarten but still talks about his teachers and friends that he made last year. His teachers treated all of the children as if they were their own, and I would hands down recommend White Wing to anyone looking for a caring atmosphere,where their children are constantly learning. Both of my children went to White Wing and I couldn’t have asked for a better preschool experience. You knew when you dropped off your kids they were cared for, attended to, and encouraged to blossom.
A great place for kids to start their formal education. They have small classes and experienced teachers. My son enjoyed his time there.
